About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. The role helps foster a welcoming environment for associates and customers, enabling memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the company’s culture of hospitality. You will help develop the team, support store financial goals and operations, and maintain a customer-centered, visually inspiring store.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Three years of retail management experience preferred.
Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.

Assist in hiring, developing, and coaching associates.
Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
Help ensure safe and efficient store operations, including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and inventory execution.
Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
