About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. The role helps foster a welcoming environment for associates and customers and supports memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the company’s culture of hospitality.

The Assistant Manager helps build and develop the team, achieve store financial goals, support associate hiring and coaching, and lead by example on the sales floor. The position also supports visual standards, safe and efficient store operations, policy compliance, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of retail management experience preferred.
• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership of achieving the store’s financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist with hiring, developing, and coaching associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations, including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and inventory execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
