About The Position

PNW Domino’s is hiring leaders for its General Manager in Training (GMiT) program. The Assistant Manager role is suited to someone who pitches in, takes pride in their work, has strong people skills, and enjoys teaching and helping others improve. The role includes customer service, preparing products to Domino’s standards, maintaining an organized work environment, following company policies, and supporting store operations.

Pay varies by position level: Shift Manager, $19.30 per hour; AM1, $19.80 per hour; AM2, $20.30 per hour; AM3, $21.30 per hour; and AM4, $22.30 per hour. Employees receive paid sick leave under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Retail or food service background.
• Able to lead by example.
• Able to multitask and manage time.
• Able to communicate effectively with a team in English, verbally and in writing.
• Able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Friendly, helpful, comfortable speaking with strangers, and a positive team player.
• Punctual, dependable, and willing to make suggestions and pitch in when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State, with a valid license and insurance.
