About The Position

Assistant Managers serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching the team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are humble, teachable trainees who are eager to learn from and apply feedback from their GM and Region Leader. Team members are expected to anticipate each guest’s needs, serve them enthusiastically, and do whatever it takes to make their day.

Requirements

Flexible availability; the role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to handle physical activity related to the job, including standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, deep cleaning, painting, and minor game repairs.
Must align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
Genuine love for serving others.

Ability to manage cash systems.

Responsibilities

Execute the General Manager’s initiatives and support the GM.
Champion TEG’s values and coach the team to uphold TEG standards.
Anticipate guests’ needs and provide enthusiastic service.
Work at least two weekend shifts and two night shifts per week, unless time off is requested in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
Perform job-related physical tasks such as deep cleaning, painting, and minor game repairs.
