About The Position

Assistant Managers in Training serve and support their General Manager by executing the GM’s initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching team members to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. The role is intended for a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from the General Manager and Region Leader. Team members are expected to anticipate guests’ individual needs, serve them enthusiastically, and do whatever it takes to make their day.

Requirements

Work at least two weekend shifts and two night shifts per week unless a request for time off is submitted in writing by email and through TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
Have flexible availability; the role often includes nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be able to handle physical activity related to the job, including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 pounds, and minor game repairs.

Responsibilities
