Store Assistant (Bonused)
About The Position
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and must provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also executes the food program, cares about customers, and sets an example for staff by demonstrating urgency, patience and leadership. The position has flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

- Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
