Requirements

• Experience leading a team; the role manages approximately 3 to 30 staff members during a shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage approximately 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
