About The Position

The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager with restaurant operations and marketing. The role includes staffing, training and developing team members, supervising staff, and improving restaurant profitability. The Assistant General Manager helps ensure customers receive quick, courteous service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment while supporting the restaurant’s performance and operational standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Operational understanding of POS software.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience in the fast-food industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the team to meet or exceed company performance standards and improve restaurant operations, service, product knowledge, and atmosphere.

Help achieve financial objectives by managing people, products, service, and facility processes, with a focus on revenue and profit.
Follow safety standards, operating standards, and company guidelines for vendor relationships.
Perform the duties of any hourly associate position as needed.
