As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team development, and create a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, staying active, and leading by example in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations alongside the Site Manager
• Support, coach, and develop Customer Service Attendants through training and feedback
• Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
• Adjust staffing priorities throughout the day based on business needs
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational consistency
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment troubleshooting
• Step into Customer Service Attendant responsibilities as needed
• Participate in leadership meetings, training, and continuous development opportunities
