About The Position

The Assistant Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes daily inventory, completes paperwork, handles the night drop with two drivers, and cleans equipment and the facility daily. The position includes on-the-job orientation and training, and requires attendance at all meetings and training classes.

Requirements
