About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role sets the tone for the store and manages a shift team of 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, helping serve customers, prepare products, and make deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• A valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude, motivational skills, and the ability to serve as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Manage and motivate a shift team of 3 to 30 employees.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Set a positive example for employees through punctuality, attitude, and high standards.
