About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an adaptable, self-motivated Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service. The role involves staffing the store, managing costs, and developing team members in a fun, energetic environment. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, customer-service orientation, and willingness to learn and excel.
• Valid driver’s license with a two-year good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance.
• Ability to operate all equipment.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Verbal communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers and process orders in person and by phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.

Responsibilities

• Staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers or door hangers.
