About The Position
Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support, leading high-volume rental and retail operations, and assisting customers with premium products. This is a year-round, full-time position with a starting wage of $25.00 - $32.14 per hour. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends, with a minimum age of 18. Housing is not available.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years rental or retail supervisor experience – rental preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends – winter and spring holidays required
- Fluent English communication
- At least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, scheduling and payroll
- Maintain store records and inventory control
- Hire and train employees
- Monitor team performance
- Maintain product knowledge and customer service
- Participate in leadership forums
- Other duties as assigned
