About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps oversee Stationstore operations alongside the Store Manager. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
