About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a large and growing Domino’s franchise group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, leads and develops team members, and helps maintain strong customer service, food quality, speed, and accuracy. The position offers paid training and a stated path to General Manager and beyond. It is full-time, with a schedule of 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
