About The Position

The Assistant Manager manages the overall operations of the store and is responsible for store operations in the absence of the General Manager. Duties include performing pizza-making tasks, training new hires, opening and closing the store, communicating with team members, coordinating and leading staff activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and maintaining safety and security.

Requirements

• Comprehend and give correct instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Have the motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a clean driving history for the past two years.
• Have valid insurance.
• Be able to lift 15 pounds.
• Be able to work nights and weekends.

• Prior fast-casual restaurant experience.
• Prior hand-tossed pizza-making experience.
