About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead restaurant operations, control costs, and run effective shifts while creating a positive workplace for the team and a great customer experience. The position is salaried, non-exempt, starts at $40,000–$45,000 annually, may include overtime, and is eligible for performance-based bonus rewards. Team members working during the two weekly Secret Shops may also qualify for bonuses based on the results. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-throughs.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with responsibility for controlling costs and leading effective shifts.
