About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead restaurant shifts, control costs, maintain high standards, and create a positive workplace for the team while delivering an excellent customer experience. The role calls for an energetic, honest, motivational, and hands-on leader who sets a strong example and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. The position is salaried, non-exempt, starts at $40,000–$45,000 per year, may include overtime, and is eligible for performance-based bonus rewards. Team members working during the two weekly Secret Shops may also earn bonuses based on the results. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-thrus. Assistant Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with responsibility for controlling costs and leading successful shifts.
