About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Anson Crossing, a 312-unit apartment community in Maxwell, TX. The Assistant Manager will support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property, aiming to maintain stable occupancy, meet financial goals, build strong resident relations, and provide excellent customer service. This role also involves assisting with training site personnel and establishing positive community relationships. The position requires on-call availability as scheduled.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
