About The Position
HIT, Inc. is seeking a full-time Assistant Day Supports Manager for its Day Program in Mandan, North Dakota. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Day Supports Manager to support smooth operations and provide quality services in the Day Supports setting. The role includes hands-on supervision and guidance of Direct Support Professionals, staff training, and monitoring programs to help ensure individuals receive quality support. HIT provides on-the-job training and opportunities to learn and advance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Proficient observation skills and ability to communicate observations accurately, verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer operation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of DD-related experience and/or training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional services in the Day Supports setting.
- Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
- Deliver staff training.
- Monitor programs to ensure individuals receive quality support.
