About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Domino's Pizza location in Festus. The Assistant Manager leads and motivates employees, oversees daily store operations, and works with the General Manager to improve store efficiency and profitability. The role supports high-quality customer service and products, team development, compliance, and the achievement of store performance and growth objectives. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Full- and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and driving experience: at least 2 years if age 18, or 1 year if age 19 or older.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Dependable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
Strong leadership skills and desire to lead and develop people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
