About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of store operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and executes the store’s food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and serving as a leadership example for staff.

• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
