About The Position

A locally owned two-store Domino’s franchise is hiring an Assistant Manager to join its management team. This is a hands-on role where the manager will learn all aspects of the position and be responsible for everything that happens during their shift. The role includes leading the crew, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and overseeing store operations, customer relations, and profitability. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour. Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are available. Flexible schedules are offered, with some nights and weekends required.

Requirements

Good judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Must pass a clean background check.

Responsibilities
