About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and executes the food program. The role sets an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership, and requires regular and predictable onsite attendance.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
