About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at a Hardee’s restaurant operated by Capstone Restaurant Group, you will help achieve sales growth and maintain company standards of excellence during your assigned shift. You will manage food-service activity, assign tasks, oversee cash control, and focus on providing high-quality food and hospitality. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will help train, develop, and retain Team Members, support the General Manager, and assist with overall operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise Team Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
Coordinate staff training with team trainers.
Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow Team Members.
Handle HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary write-ups.
Conduct team meetings as needed to discuss operations, procedures, and promotions.
Conduct weekly inventories.
Control payroll to meet company labor-cost standards.
Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
Support the management team and General Manager in operational decisions.
Maintain reports and records according to company standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
Maintain the building and equipment through proper operating, cleaning, and preventive-maintenance procedures.
Assume responsibility for cash on all shifts, including bank deposits, and ensure cash procedures are followed.
Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced.
Meet company personal-appearance standards and display professionalism.
Recognize and follow HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe, compliant environment.
Perform other tasks as directed by management.
