About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role also performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and manages a staff of 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift. The position involves serving customers, preparing products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, making deliveries safely and courteously, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment and professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- At least 18 years old.
- Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
- Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Serve as a positive role model and leader, and be punctual.
