The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, leading by example, and helping the team deliver an outstanding guest experience. Requirements

  • Previous management experience in restaurant, food service, or retail
  • Strong work ethic with a hands on, lead by example approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team focused environment
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and brand standards
  • Desire to grow into larger leadership roles within the company
  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the franchise owners & management in daily operations and decision making
  • Foster a positive, team oriented environment that reflects our brand values
  • Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
  • Handle shift management, including opening & closing responsibilities
  • Provide problem solving and conflict resolution support when needed
  • Contribute to achieving KPI goals and operational company targets
  • Accurately manage POS system functions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth order flow
  • Use technology platforms (online ordering, delivery apps, scheduling software) effectively
  • Oversee catering and online orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional guest experience
  • Manage paper goods ordering and inventory to ensure proper stock levels and cost control
