About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Manager for its BOSS Outlet at Mercedes. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional shopping experiences, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Assistant Manager trains and develops staff, supports sales and profit performance, manages inventory, and promotes relationship-based selling and customer service. The role also supports store management in maintaining health and safety standards, procedures, and documentation.
Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

- BS college degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Use effective communication to train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, support the merchant group, and solve problems.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Establish a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, building a client base, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate and respond to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure health and safety conditions are fulfilled and empower store staff to maintain high standards.
- Know and follow health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure health and safety documentation is properly recorded and maintained.
