About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations. The role involves helping hire, supervise, and work alongside staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. The position also executes the food program, demonstrates care for customers, and models urgency, patience, and leadership for the staff.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
