About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports store operations by operating equipment, handling and preparing products, serving customers, and maintaining the facility. The role is also responsible for product and inventory accuracy, labor and employee productivity, cash handling, and coaching and training employees. The position may include delivering customer orders by car and to the customer’s door. See the store for a complete list of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
• Deliver products by car and to the customer’s door.
• Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Ensure labor accountability and employee productivity.
• Handle cash and maintain cash-handling accuracy.
• Coach and train employees in all areas.
• Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
