About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a pizza restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting and motivating employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store. The manager is expected to uphold Domino’s pizza-making, appearance, and customer-service standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of profit-and-loss statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to adhere to Domino’s pizza-making standards, dress code, and brand expectations.
