About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations and manage a shift. The role involves supervising a team, setting a positive example, and ensuring customers receive friendly service and consistently prepared products. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking orders, operating the cash register, preparing food, delivering orders, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. The position requires flexibility to work when the team needs coverage, including weekends and holidays, as the stores are open year-round.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Strong judgment, math skills, and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, motivational skills, punctuality, and high personal standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Lead and manage approximately 3 to 30 employees during a shift, motivating the team and setting a positive example.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service in person and over the phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
