About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant at 941 Roosevelt Blvd. This full-time restaurant management role supports the Store Manager in daily operations and offers a path to General Manager. Training is provided, including one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and open or close shifts. Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with growth potential and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
