About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff local stores. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and may also perform general store-team duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform precise, rapid motor movements and coordinate eyes, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and occasionally sit to complete paperwork.
• Ability to lift and handle supplies, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds, carry items, push or pull trays on dollies, and infrequently use stairs or a ladder.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use maps and navigation skills to locate addresses, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage areas.
• Perform other store-team tasks as needed.
