Assistant Manager (3501 Holland) - Make $18+/hr with bonuses, a direct path to General Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Manager runs shifts alongside the General Manager and helps keep the team on track, maintain product quality, and provide a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role and a training ground for advancement to General Manager. Assistant Managers may pursue trainer or Regional Manager roles. After successfully managing a store for at least one year, they may apply for franchise ownership through the Management Development Program. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour depending on experience, with bonuses tied to store performance. Full-time team members can access health, dental, and vision insurance at discounted rates, and employees receive a 50% discount.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be organized, motivating, and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
