About The Position

Keystone Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Associate to help ensure product quality and timely customer delivery. The role is based in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse and involves safeguarding products, accurately handling inventory and shipments, and coordinating with teammates. Warehouse team members work together across interconnected tasks and must communicate effectively and work with a sense of urgency. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The starting pay is $18–$20 per hour plus bonuses, with the range dependent on experience. Background checks are required.

Requirements

Ability to move quickly and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work collaboratively with others toward common goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Regular and predictable attendance.
One to two years of warehouse experience.
Must have personal, reliable transportation.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, package, and prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
Execute and document inventory movements using internal computer software and RF scan gun technology.
Receive inbound deliveries, unload containers, and organize inventory.
Operate an electric pallet jack for picking and put-away tasks.
Keep the interior and exterior of the warehouse tidy and safe.
Support other Warehouse Teams as needed.
Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.
