About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations and for overseeing activity during a scheduled shift. The role includes managing a team of 3 to 30 employees, setting a strong example, and ensuring cost, inventory, and cash control as well as positive customer relations. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, helping maintain efficient, safe, and customer-focused restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong judgment, math, multitasking, attitude, and motivational skills.
• Serve as a positive role model for punctuality, attitude, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift and motivate them to perform effectively.
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payment.
• Prepare products accurately and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
