About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join the team at the Normandy, United States location. The Assistant Manager helps ensure smooth store operations and delivers exceptional customer service. The role oversees daily operations and shifts, supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotions, and contributes ideas to improve store performance. It also involves supervising and motivating team members, handling customer inquiries, cash transactions, inventory, food preparation coordination, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
