About The Position

Domino’s and Team Honey Badger are hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management, with a fast track to General Manager. The position supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations and involves leading and developing team members, delivering customer service, maintaining food quality and service standards, and helping manage the store’s business operations. Paid training and advancement opportunities are provided. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with flexibility to open or close shifts and availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service every shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
