About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management. The position supports the Store Manager across restaurant operations and offers a path to General Manager. Paid training includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, and a three-day leadership capstone. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with flexibility to open or close shifts and weekend availability required. Compensation is $17 per hour with growth potential, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
