About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead store operations and team members. The role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They must set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from the crew. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including progression to general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.
