About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You must set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. The role also involves staffing, paperwork, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to and from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Responsibilities
