About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work alongside staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, executes the food program, and sets a positive example for the team through urgency, patience, and leadership. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Shift availability is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
