About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and deliver fast, friendly customer service, while providing regular and predictable onsite attendance. The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, sets a positive example for staff, and demonstrates urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
