Store Assistant (Bonused)
About The Position
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, and is expected to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. The role also involves executing the food program, caring for customers, and setting an example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers a flexible schedule and is full time.

- Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
