About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations. The role performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, manages a shift team, and supports efficient, safe, and courteous service. Assistant Managers receive management training and can progress toward becoming a store manager.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage a shift staff of approximately 3 to 30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a shift team of approximately 3 to 30 employees.
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer phone calls courteously.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, consistent products in accordance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
