About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers Domino’s products to customers by car and to their doors, within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to meet the role’s physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, and carrying deliveries while walking or climbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to take and process orders, including by telephone and in person.
• Unload and move product deliveries using a hand truck, and carry or stock ingredients and supplies.
