About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a pizza restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and motivating employees to deliver quality service and products in a fast-paced environment. The position also includes maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store and adhering to Domino’s pizza-making standards, dress code, and brand expectations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza-industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and understanding of profit-and-loss statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
