About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 7924 Fegenbush Ln location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong math and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
  • Knowledge of store operations and inventory management
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Experience in running shifts in a retail or food service setting (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety certification (preferred, but training can be provided)
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
  • Be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in running shifts in a retail or food service setting
  • Food safety certification (training can be provided)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance store performance
