About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The role involves leading and developing employees, maintaining operational efficiency and food safety, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager is also expected to keep the store clean, safe, welcoming, and consistent with Domino’s standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven experience in restaurant management; pizza industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.
Ability to work with hustle and energy in a fast-paced, efficient manner.
